Exchange Policy:

Enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience from the comfort of your home with our 3-day exchange policy.

  • Exchange items within 3 days after delivery.
  • Unwashed, Unworn or Defective items can be exchanged for a same/different size.
  • Delivery charge for exchange will be only 30 AED  and the processing time will be 2 to 3 working days.

.استبدال العناصر في غضون 3 أيام بعد التسليم < 

.يمكن استبدال العناصر غير المغسولة أو غير البالية أو المعيبة بنفس الحجم/مختلف الحجم < 

.ستكون رسوم التوصيل للاستبدال 30 درهم فقط وسيكون وقت المعالجة من 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل < 

 Refund Policy:

  • We will not accept return or exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way.
  • We recommend Hand washing all items in cold water and hang drying to prevent discoloration and damage.
  • Return of items is only applicable if product is faulty or damage 
  • Processing time for return and refund takes 5 to 10 working days.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right later.


Clothing Crew has full rights to update Return and Refund policy without any prior notice.
